Calculate the fare to be paid if you did a taxi ride.

The taximeter (TAXIMETRO, taximeter, gps, taximeter, the distance meter) is an application that calculates one-way fare, the fare will have to pay if the did taxi.

You can also calculate and display the screen several additional charges which apply for a route to be introduced by taxi, like charges for luggage, departures from train stations, buses, airports etc.

It contains various information relating to taxis, legal fees, duties of the driver and others.

The purpose of its creation: taximeter (taximetro), is someone informed of the legal fees of taxis in Greece. Therefore the meter is free and for this reason the meter has been tried to be as simple as possible to operate so as to use people who are not familiar with the use of complex applications.

Open the meter just before starting the route whose cost you want to calculate and go on screen: Tarifa. There, press START and taximeter already started counting.

MONO The application works with GPS and you do not need an active data connection.

The taximeter may serve as a tachometer (speedometer).

The measurement is indicative and its accuracy depends on many factors.

Important note:

Due to the high precision of the measurement (the measurement accuracy, and when it lost gps signal at all during the route (see: Tariff Analysis at the end of each route to determine the accuracy of the measurement, and how many times lost the connection with satellite) is over 95% at the time that the law gives even the taximeter fitted to the taxi the possibility of deviation of up to 10%) receive complaints that many drivers use the app costing the route.

Clearly state that the application is not created to replace the legitimate and verified by the state taximeters installed in a taxi.
