◆ Previous version upgrade guide

In case of reinstalling after deleting the previous version, after installing the new version, go to [Settings > Applications > Aon smart > Storage > Delete data] and run it.

It is an app that can transmit insurance claim documents taken as photos through a mobile device (smartphone).

◆Eligible users

Any employee of Aion Korea Insurance Brokerage Co., Ltd.'s group insurance customer can use it.

(However, it is limited to medical expenses, and claims for medical expenses, sequelae disability, death insurance, etc. are not possible)

◆ Things to know

1) After the insurance claim document has been sent through this application, a text message, push notification, etc.

2) Please note that we may contact you if there are additional requests or incomplete documents.

3) Insurance claims are available 24 hours a day. (However, the insurance company's application is processed from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays based on the business day of the insurance company)

4) Insurance claim documents, etc. are personal and sensitive information, and are only processed for the purpose of claiming insurance money from the insurance company and are not used or provided commercially. Images sent after receiving the insurance claim documents will be deleted.
