It has taken important initiatives to nourish and empower its workforce, business associates and members of general public. It is precisely for conducting CSR activities and making people’s life better on a regular basis that Glaze Management has set up the Galway Foundation. The main motive of Galway Foundation is to empower people and make their lives more progressive and meaningful in both material and spiritual sense.

The Foundation runs The ‘Digitalya Program’, under which free of cost training in informatics and computer basics is imparted to people across India. And, for developing people spiritually, the Foundation runs ‘Self-Empowerment Program (SEP)’ under which people acknowledge the strength of their subconscious mind and work towards the realisation of their true inner potential. Along with these two major projects, Galway Foundation is also working on initiating a few new projects that will uphold the cause of humanity and look after the welfare of the less privileged communities around the world.
