For those using devices without a "hard" menu key, there is a "soft" menu key on the Crosswords keypad - 2nd row on the right. See the blog post at http://crosswords.blat.co.za/2012/12/11/selecting-a-crossword-2/ for more details on selecting a crossword.

1.1.0 - In an attempt to solve some of the database problems, I have reworked big chunks of the code. I have also changed the process that reads the list of crosswords from the crossword server, from an Async Task to an Intent Service.
