Medicine time!

Changing reminders history now change stock as well. If you change untaken medicine to taken, it will decrease stock and vice-versa

When creating a new reminder, time toggles are set automatically right from the start. They'll keep changing automatically whenever you change start time or hours interval.

Fixed bugs:
- Notifications were not working on Android 8 (Oreo)
- Stock was not being updated if notification button of taking medicine was clicked
