Features in Synapse Core

Attendance Module:

- record attendance

employee can clock in and clock out using the application

- apply odd action

if the employee has abnormalities in their attendance, such as they came late to the office, they can give reason to that odd action/abnormality to justify their action

- view attendance

employee can view their history attendance for that particular month

Leave Module:

- apply leave

employee can apply leave through the application. they do not need to go through manual process (ie: requesting a meeting with their supervisor) to get their leave approval. all of that can happen in the application

- view leave history

employee can see if their leave application status, whether it is still pending, rejected or approved
