In its continues endeavour of providing citizen friendly policing, Katra Police has come up with a unique idea of implementing a Mobile application and portal to support the devotees coming for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji yatra. The Mobile application will act as a bridge between devotees and Katra Police by providing support and assistance during the yatra. Devotees coming for yatra will have a first hand information of the facilities available at Katra enroute and at Bhawan apart from updating themselves about various news and updates relating to yatra. Devotees can also lodge an online complaint with its unique, online complaint redressal system being supervised by senior Police formations. Katra Police wish all a very happy and memorable yatra.
