Marisela Esqueda (Los Angeles, California; April 24, 1966) is a Mexican-American singer, actress and businesswoman. She is also known as "The Latin Madonna", "The queen of romantic music" and "The iron lady". Daughter of Mexican immigrants. It became known in the mid-80's and among some of its most famous songs are: "My problem", "In love and hurt", "Without him", "Completely yours", "Alone with my loneliness", "That boy", one of the greatest songs and as it is now known "You Iron Lady" which was a well-known song in the 80's.

Throughout his career he has managed to sell more than 30 million records. And she is the only singer in Spanish to place all the songs on an album in the top 10 of Billboard magazine, in this case Marisela's debut album Sin él (1984)
