2018.09.20 Fixed a bug causing app to crash in Android v8.

2018.09.10 Update: Now support Android 8.x. However, Only Bluetooth tethering function works. Google disabled the ability of tethering WiFi hotspot from app.

2017.06.07 Update: Now support Android 7.x. Also added the function to choose whether toggle WiFi tethering, BlueTooth tethering or both.
