About mHAT

The mobile Hypo Awareness Training app (mHAT)

The mobile Hypo Awareness Training app (mHAT) aims to improve a persons hypoawareness (and general blood glucose awareness) by asking an individual to estimate their blood glucose before they perform their usual finger prick test. Previous research has shown that this process of estimating and then checking can help improve blood glucose awareness over time.
