The 16 teams are divided into four groups of four teams, which play in a single shift, facing only opponents from the other keys. The top two of each qualify for the quarterfinals. The two clubs with the worst campaign in the first phase are relegated. In case of equal points, the tie-breakers in the group stage are:

1) more wins;

2) better goal difference;

3) more pro goals;

4) fewer red cards;

5) fewer yellow cards;

6) raffle.

Quarterfinals and Semifinals will be played in a knockout system in a single game. In case of a tie, the vacancy will be decided on penalties. Final will be played in home and away games. In case of equality in points and also in the difference of goals, the title will be decided in the penalty shootout.
