The basic philosophy of rehabilitation for your knee with chondromalacia is to strengthen the large muscle on the front of your knee called the quadriceps as well as stretching the tendons in the back of your knee called the hamstrings. This application is not meant to be used in any medical or legal decision making, or they should contact emergency response 911 when they are in a medical urgent situation for example.
