TRI - mForm

TRI-mForm is a dynamic data collection and data visualization platform.

This application lets the users create projects and survey forms dynamically. It provides multiple question types such as Text, Numeric, Date, Single and Multi-Select, Nested Questions, Location, Image and so on. The app works online and offline, and the data will be synced whenever there is network availability.

Post Data collection the web -platform of TRI-mForm lets you create MIS Dashboards instantly using the Dashboard configuration panel.
