A Little About Us

Mellor Tops Maintenance Limited provides an optimal smoke/fire ventilation system maintenance service. Our aim is to overcome objections and to exceed expectations. That is the key to our success.

Combining specialist knowledge of many intricate systems - including COLT, NU-AIR, GRADWOOD, FIRE ENGINEERING SERVICES, LIDDIARD & SKELTON, PNEUMAX, VELUX, AMULER, along with a dedicated team of skilled technicians fully conversant with the latest advancements within the industry.

These fundamental qualities have allowed us to consistently build up our client base which currently boasts a diverse range of companies, from large corporate organisations and whole shopping complexes, through to smaller office, School Academys, industrial and retail environments.

With effect from 1st October 2006 every company is required to carry out their own fire risk assessment to ensure compliance with Fire Safety Regulations, Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and to identify precautions that should be taken.

Where there is a smoke ventilation system installed you must ensure that it is covered by a system of maintenance, is maintained by a competent person, in efficient working order and in good repair - Failure in your duty to ensure that your smoke ventilation system is fully operational could result in your current fire risk assessment no longer being valid.

Having the work carried out by MTM Ltd, in accordance with BSEN12101-2-2003 requirements for smoke ventilators aids your compliance with this important safety legislation.

'in-house' maintenance needs.

MTM make a priority of ensuring that training

is given to prevent potential problems, thus

saving time and money in ensuring minimum

disruptions.

of our 24 hour, 365 days a year service, which is standard in all contractual work we undertake.

Fire Safety Test Certificates are

issued to the customer upon

completion of all service visits
