Oshkosh Community Players

Oshkosh Community Players merged with the Eclectic Arts Ensemble in 2003. OCP became the resident community theatre at the Grand Opera House in Fall 2010

Description

Oshkosh Community Players has a history spanning over 50 years. The company infrastructure is organized with a Board of Directors. All decisions and events are planned and executed through the board and its committees.

Statement of Mission

It is the mission of the Oshkosh Community Players to produce theater that both reflects our society and societies of the past while informing our community.

It is the purpose of the Oshkosh Community Players to create high quality, community-centered, accessible theater that is aesthetically pleasing, mentally stimulating, and emotionally moving.

It is our belief that an artistically focused, diverse ensemble can help inform our community through the use of theater as both a living mirror of our society and as a tool for the exploration of the values that led to it.
