If you tried to change your calorie or nutrient goals recently, you may have been blocked by a pesky error message or changes that wouldn’t save. The only way through was reinstalling the app, which was…inconvenient. Now that it’s fixed, this is a good time to remind everyone to update your goals! Maybe your calorie goal is too low, or your protein too high. Setting realistic targets and getting there gradually is the ticket to lasting success.
