FPO Management-

FPO's goals in sustainably helping farmers will be met only if it is managed well. Kalgudi helps to manage an FPO holistically.

FPO Activities-

FPOs do many activities in helping farmers, but manually. This seriously limits their efficacy. Kalgudi FPO helps digitize all their activities starting from farmer profiling, extensions, pooling produces, buying inputs, selling produce, and distributing proceeds.

Inputs-

Kalgudi FPO anticipates every farmer's inputs & services needs under the FPO and aggregates them at the FPO level. These needs are pushed to inputs marketplace requesting quotes from input players. FPO can generate RFQs for any inputs on their own as well.

Outputs-

Every farmer's output is anticipated and aggregated at an FPO level. Here contextual traceability is attached for each lot and pushed to the output marketplace. FPO receives quotes or inquiries directly from buyers avoiding any middlemen

E-Commerce-

Selling direct to consumers has advantages in terms of better ROI. An FPO can leverage Kalgudi's consumer store and collaborative fulfillments to sell directly to consumers or export.
