Sometimes we still have side-effects of drunk on the next day of the party, still felt faint and dazed after one night over. Yes, a shower may help, but actually very limited. Or we are suggested to drink more water to keep healthy. Yoga is indeed a way to relieve hangover effects, as it can stretch the body and massage the viscus to promote the operation of metabolism system.

This gentle yoga course contains several parts: alternate nostrill breath, dynamic standing, rabbit pose, plow pose and breathing in relaxation. You will feel quite relax when finish your yoga workout.
