Chef for 13 years at the helm of his Barese doc sea restaurant grown up among sea urchins, students and taratuffi. His city was his school, teaching him the culture and respect for the sea.

As a boy with a lot of apprenticeship, he gained experience working as a student of Chef Carlo Cracco and assistant cook at various structures until 2008, the year in which he opened his seafood restaurant in his Bari.

13 years later Antonio Malanga is about to open his Malanghino sushi bar for take away and delivery in Palese, embarking on this new adventure with part of his "crew".
