My Haemophilia is an application specially designed for all ages, as it is in an easy to understand language and has striking images with little text for better understanding.

It consists of 2 manuals in English and Spanish.

The second manual is called "Guides exercises to do at home" and is a guide for children with hemophilia can perform activities at home with materials easy to always get the advice of a physician rehabilitation and / or physical therapist.

This manual shows drawings with easy exercises that can be performed at home and the recommended number of repetitions.

This application was developed by a multidisciplinary team of hematologists, orthopedists, medical rehabilitation and physical therapists pediatricians at Children's Hospital of Mexico Federico Gómez and the National Institute of Pediatrics.
