MAM SNCF Expérimentation

Rent carts, electric bikes in Guimiliau and Plouzévédé, Finistère.

MAM is a unique experiment in the Landivisiau region supported by SNCF. From spring 2024 to spring 2025, two innovative rural furniture units are located in Guimiliau and Plouzévédé. Car sharing and bike sharing are available to help you get around in a different and simple way.

1. Registration / Account creation

has. I download the MAM SNCF Expérimentation application from the App Store, Google Play or scan the QR code below.

b. I connect to the site mamsncfexpererimentation.clem.mobi

I created my user account in the MAM SNCF Expérimentation community in Guimiliau and Plouzévédé.

I provide a proof of driving document (BSR or driving license). Its verification can take up to 48 hours.

2. Reservation

I connect to the application or website and select the Guimiliau MAM. I choose the AutoMAM or CycloMAM that I wish to rent by selecting a slot. The duration of my reservation cannot exceed 12 hours.

I make the payment.

I receive an SMS and a confirmation email. A code is sent to me one hour before the reservation begins.

3. Unlock

Two solutions are possible:

has. I launch the MAM SNCF Expérimentation application, go to the “My reservation” tab and click on “Start”.

If I rent a CycloMAM, the bike shelter will open.

If I rent an AutoMAM, I carry out an inventory of the vehicle by taking photos directly on the application and report possible incidents.

OR

b. I enter the code received by email and SMS on the key box of the bike shelter if I rent a CycloMAM or that of the electric charging station if I rent an AutoMAM.

If I rent a CycloMAM, the bike shelter will open.

If I rent an AutoMAM, I collect the keys. If I notice any damage to the vehicle, I can call the assistance number.

I can take the CycloMAM into the shelter and unplug the electric charging cable.

I open the AutoMAM (with the keys or the mobile application) and retrieve the Ouest Charge badge located in the vehicle and consult the explanation booklet on electric charging.

I unplug the charging cable and store it in the vehicle.

4. Return of the vehicle

I open the bike shelter using the code on the key box, place the CycloMAM back in its location and plug the charging cable into the battery.

OR

I open the MAM SNCF Expérimentation application, go to the “My reservation” tab and click on “Finish”. The shelter will open, I return the CycloMAM to its location and plug the charging cable into the battery.

I park the AutoMAM in its reserved space and plug it into the electric charging station. I can consult the explanation booklet located in AutoMAM.

has. I open the MAM SNCF Expérimentation application, go to the “My reservation” tab and click on “Finish”. The vehicle then locks.

OR

b. When I want to end my rental, if I have the keys, I close the AutoMAM and put them back in the key box which opens with the code previously received.

No smartphone?

No problem, I can call +33 1 86 86 85 85 between 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on weekends to be guided in creating my account and reserving an AutoMAM or CycloMAM.

PRICE: €1/hour to rent the CycloMAMs. €2/hour to rent AutoMAMs.
