ProGolf is a professional GPS golf application.

TOURNAMENT - OVERVIEW - SIMPLE

ProGolf premium is a user-friendly, free golf GPS app with precise GPS distance measurements.

The Golf App is also characterized by its clear scorecard and easy handling.

In proGolf, only functions that comply with the world-wide rules are included.

As a result, proGolf (if distance meters are generally permitted) can also be used in tournaments.

In order to ensure proper handling, the application is continually developed by golfers.

In addition, proGolf premium is equipped with a special "Course Management" module.

The module can be tested for seven days free of charge.

Course management is the adaptation of your playing ability to the golf course

and was developed for the more demanding golfer. Whether you are a beginner or experienced golfer,

with an optimized course management, your score will be improved.

Short technical background (07.2017)

We created the proGolf premium app with the free development environment eclipse,

and uploaded to the GooglePlay market.

Google announced last year that eclipse is no longer supported by Google,

since Google has now published its own development environment, called AndroidStudio (AS).

We then put the complete project under AS again, which of course takes its time.

New functions have also been implemented.

After extensive tests, we then uploaded the version 2.0, and so we had unfortunately the first problems.

In order to test proGolf sufficiently before a publication, the app passes through automated tests,

which were also successful.

A problem are the Android versions smaller 5.x, here the app terminates immediately after the start.

We are still working on a correction of the error.

There is still the possibility to download the free version, this version remains "as it is".

ProGolf has been developed and optimized for mobile phones.

30.07.2017: today a version for tablets was activated.
