When the sensors detect an issue or anomaly, they send personalized, interactive, real-time notifications through voice, SMS, email, or social channels to users and their preferred repair & maintenance specialists to rectify the issue. Squawk customers who have not connected any devices and are not affiliated with an insurance carrier may use the service to locate maintenance and repair specialists with the closet proximity to their location.
