Triathlon training app to help you complete a Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 distance (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike segment and 13.1 mile run segment) and 140.6 distance (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike segment and 26.2 mile run segment) triathlon. Designed for all level athletes, including those who have not participated in a triathlon event before, as well as intermediate and advanced athletes. A 20 week triathlon training app designed to get you to the finish line. Daily run, swim, bike and optional weightlifting activities are provided. Log your activities so you can monitor your weekly progress and see if you are on track for a good finish. Weekly progress by total time and activity time provided in numeric format and in chart form.
