We’ve listened to your feedback and made some changes to make it more user friendly.

You no longer need to accept your bookings in advance. Instead, we’ll simply let you know when your trainer has booked a session for you. If for any reason you can’t make it – you can cancel it via Partner as usual and the normal cancellations policy still applies.

We’ll be adding regular updates to improve the app and ensure it is as easy as possible for you to work with your Trainer to achieve your goals.
