The application will become your personal assistant, making the process of obtaining information about the activities of the MFC more convenient and accessible. With its help, you can easily make an appointment at the MFC, check the status of your application and check the readiness of your documents. You will also be able to receive the necessary information about services and current news from the MFC.

The mobile application has the following functionality:

- search and selection of services;

- search and selection of the nearest MFCs;

- viewing information about the MFC work schedule, addresses and telephone numbers;

- viewing the location of the MFC on the map;

- pre-registration in the queue for a visit at the selected MFC (subject to authorization through State Services);

- view the status of the request;

- viewing news from the MFC;

- assessment of the quality of service provision (subject to authorization through State Services).
