The application will help you to make new helpful habits or get rid of the bad ones in seven-day intervals. Seven is the length of the "good job" phrase. For each day in which the set goal is achieved, another letter is discovered. When the whole phase is discovered - you've done a "good job", and you can (should) reward yourself for this, to reinforce further motivation. If on some day the goal is not achieved, then you need to start your "good job" from the start.

The application is based on the fact that in order to achieve a result, you need to adhere to regularity. This often turns out to be very difficult. With "Good Job" you will not want to lose already discovered letters, and the phrase complete will motivate you to get the good job done again.
