Application for registration and control of citizens' complaints about the shortcomings of the road network of the Sverdlovsk Region, created on the initiative of the Ministry of Transport CO. Text complaints of citizens on identified road imperfections confirms photographic materials are recorded and transmitted to the work of the owners of roads and street network of Sverdlovsk region for the organization of works on elimination of the defects. The result of the work the applicant estimates, which could take a job or to reject of acceptance. Disadvantages, the removal of which requires additional funds not covered by the owners of the roads budget in the current year are submitted to a vote. On applications, received by a vote of the highest rating, a decision on the allocation of road owners additional means to meet these requests.
