This mobile app contains detailed information about the residential facilities of the company: the location, the cost of apartments, and the amount of their free plan, the percentage of readiness at home, putting the date of commissioning, project documentation, images, and the progress of work.

With the application users can:

- find an apartment through the options and book it

- to track information on selected projects: news, progress of work

- to apply for a tour of the selected object

- to apply for a mortgage calculation on the selected apartment

- follow the news and shares of the company

- ask questions to the company manager online.

Also, the application has the "My Account resident Fisch", in which:

- access to all the contacts of the management company and its services

- have the ability to submit meter readings and track the history of all readings

- have the ability to send requests to the dispatcher and monitor their implementation.
