A modern application for the interaction of a resident with a management company.

Prodom is your personal assistant in solving everyday issues. In a couple of clicks through the application you can:

1. Pay bills: instant notifications about charges, payment of receipts and payment archive. The balance for each personal account and each service is visible. Checks and receipts can be downloaded, and if there is a debt, we will send a push.

2. Transmit meter readings: we’ll remind you when it’s time. There are consumption graphs, history of readings and verification messages. Transmitting readings is convenient and quick, without unnecessary movements.

3. Create passes: one-time and for a long period. You can share a link with the guest for independent access to the territory. Active passes are always in a separate tab.

4. Send requests for repairs: the management company will respond directly in the chat, and the correspondence will be saved. You can track the progress status, evaluate the work of the master, and, if necessary, return the request for revision.

5. Read news (from the management company and not only): keep up to date with announcements about planned and emergency repairs, read interesting things about the house and the area

6. Order services in the market: electrical and plumbing, repairs and cleaning, delivery of water and flowers by subscription, replacement/verification of water meters and much more.
