Remote control for media center Eltex.

Control your set-top box from an android smartphone or tablet. Supported control via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, as well as with the built-in infrared port in some models of smartphones.

To control via Wi-Fi, the smartphone and the set-top box must be in the same local network.

The keyboard appears if you double-click on the text input field on the prefix through the remote control on the smartphone.

The whole line of Linux and Android Eltex media centers is supported (with Eltex firmware not earlier than December 2014): nv100, nv101, nv102, nv300, nv310, nv312, nv501, nv510, nv711, nv720

To check if your firmware is fresh enough as follows:

on nv10x and nv300, go to the settings plugin, the "System" section, the "Android Remote" menu item should appear. On Android set-top boxes, check the version of the "Control from Android devices" application installed on the set-top box.

To the attention of users of firmware with Android 4 based on web clients (Stalker / IPTVPORTAL): On some firmware versions released in the second half of 2019, systematic drops occur with any keystroke on the Android remote control. The problem is solved by updating the firmware or updating the "Control from Android devices" application installed on the STB.
