INTENSE - This is a cozy Aeroyoga Stretching studio located in the very center of St. Petersburg at the junction of 5 metro stations:

Sennaya, Spasskaya, Sadovaya, Gostiny Dvor and Nevsky Prospekt.

In the summer, we train not only in the studio, but also outdoors in parks.

In our studio there is always a warm and friendly atmosphere, the most qualified trainers:

CCM, Masters of Sports and winners of various competitions.

Thanks only to Mini-groups, we have an exclusively individual approach, which means that the trainer pays attention to each client.
