A series of applications from the cycle "I am a participant in the trial" is a unique application that allows you to easily and conveniently receive information about federal courts, courts of the peace, arbitration courts of the Russian Federation and cases in their proceedings directly using a mobile device.

Application features:

1. Search and viewing of official information about federal courts of general jurisdiction and sites of justices of the peace, arbitration courts and cases in their proceedings (in the domains SudRF.ru, MSudRF.ru, kad.arbitr.ru).

2. Viewing in the program window the list of cases assigned for consideration for the specified date.

3.Search for cases in court proceedings according to the details (full name of the participant, date of receipt, judge, etc.)

4.View information about the case, including information about traffic, parties, appeal, etc.

5. Viewing the texts of published documents for specific cases.

6. Maintaining your list of "selected" cases and courts, for more convenient and quick receipt of information of interest, with the ability to build a list of assigned cases.

7. The possibility of organizing the conduct of the case in court, by adding to the selected cases a list of tasks "To be done".

The version of the application "I am a Lawyer" is intended for professional lawyers who regularly participate in court hearings. Important information about the program:

- Each court of the Russian Federation is obliged to post information about the cases in its proceedings on the official website of the court.

Within the framework of this program, courts are understood as federal courts of the district, city level, and the level of the subject of the Russian Federation.

- The program uses public services for obtaining information from the official websites of courts (in the domain .sudrf).

- The program provides only the information that is posted on the official website of the court, without making changes or supplementing it.

- If at the moment the site of the court or the site www.sudrf.ru is not available, this may lead to the inability of the application to perform its functions related to the processing of information received from these resources. The author of the application is not responsible for the availability of these resources.

- All courts of the Russian Federation (with some exceptions) provide information on pending cases in a uniform form. The application obtains information by analyzing the source code of the page of the court website (or www.sudrf.ru).

- Some courts use "non-standard" presentation of data on the movement of cases on the site, or are not at all in the ".sudrf" domain. In this case, information about cases pending in such courts will not be available for receiving in the application.

- If, for some reason, the format for displaying data on the websites of the courts of the Russian Federation is changed, the program will not be able to receive (process) information until adaptation to the new data format is carried out.

- The speed of displaying information by the program (when searching or displaying information on cases) largely depends on the speed of the court's website response (may be different) to a program request, the amount of information transmitted, as well as on the current speed of the Internet connection. In addition, it is not uncommon that information about the progress of cases is not available at all on the court's website (the application will inform you about this).

- The program is aimed at increasing the level of openness and accessibility of the judicial system of the Russian Federation, but it is not an official development of the state bodies of the Russian Federation!
