Civil Service Law No. 81 of 2016 and its Executive Regulations No. 1216 of 2017

Since applying the law correctly requires those responsible for its application and implementation to be aware of and familiar with its provisions, it was necessary for us to shed light on the provisions of Civil Service Law No. 81 of 2016 and its executive regulations in a simplified way, an explanation that removes ambiguity and makes it easier for human resources workers to apply its provisions correctly that goes beyond the rigidity of the text. To the spirit of the law.
