Al-Tabari’s history book “The History of the Messengers and Kings” or “Nations and Kings” is one of the most important source books in the field of history, as it is considered the most complete historical work among the works of the Arabs. The reader, in order to distinguish between them, completes what historians did before him, such as Al-Yaqoubi, Al-Baladhuri, and Al-Waqidi, and paved the way for those who came after him, such as Al-Masoudi, Ibn Miskawayh, Ibn Al-Atheer, and Ibn Khaldun.
