Communicative an application that serves the urgent need for the Deaf, mute, hearing impaired to communicate with the community in an easy way and bilateral communication, so that deaf application uses continues to communicate with the listener by writing a speech panel Arabic sign language keys and then the text turns into a voice in Arabic.

Hearer as communicative application uses to communicate with the deaf through sign language without having to learn it, as the application will convert text and audio into Arabic sign language through a three-dimensional animation 3D.

Application of communicative goals:

Continues to change the way the deaf, mute, hearing impaired with the community and reduce their dependence on third parties to communicate with the community without restrictions, and thus involve them in the community as individuals actors. Communicative also solves the weakness of Arab language problem with the deaf, dumb, and the hearing impaired.
