The application of a book called Fiqh of Ethics contains two parts written by Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq al-Sadr, may God sanctify his secret

Extract from the author's speech:

Conclusion of the idea: that the inclusion of this book in regular jurisprudence books, or the so-called practical message, will be an integrated whole jurisprudence, which gives a clear and detailed picture of the Islamic law, sacred in all its aspects. And here we are not talking about the practical message of the author himself [the approach of the righteous] because by combining the jurisprudence of morality to it, the same important result will occur, which will open new and good horizons, which were inactive and immersed in the traditional tradition of jurisprudence.

And this is because we note that the most general blind, in what the jurists wrote in their practical letters, is the mandatory and mandatory provisions, and they did not open their publications for desirable only slightly.

The main theoretical reason for that, according to my understanding of them: is that the important thing for the individual believer is that in his work he should be discharged before God, glory be to Him, and therefore he is not subject to the deserving of punishment.
