And after: One of the best and most important sciences is the science of jurisprudence, because with it the corruption and validity of acts of worship is known, and with it it explains the lawfulness and prohibition of things, and that God Almighty, with His grace, has guaranteed preservation and survival for this purified Sharia, and made the predecessors of this nation beacons of guidance from the distinguished jurists, with whom he paved the foundations of Islam He clarified with them the problems of rulings, so that hearts will live with their knowledge, and happiness and success will be attained by following their footsteps. Then the wisdom of Allah, the Most High, required that He choose from them a group higher in the worlds, their worth, and their remembrance and traces will be immortalized in this world.
