■Sleep Navi measures "you while you sleep."

When you go to bed with your smartphone next to your bed, "Sleep Navi" detects and records your body movements while you sleep. Records are aggregated on a daily/weekly basis for various sleep-related items, and can be viewed in easy-to-understand graphs. By reviewing your records, you can learn about your sleep state that you didn't know before, which can be useful for improving your sleep environment and reviewing your lifestyle habits. In addition, by using the "Sleep Check", you will be able to know your current level of sleep health, and you will be able to review your sleep environment with higher accuracy.

You can set your alarm to wake up music provided by Panasonic (streamed from the server) or your favorite song on your smartphone. Of course, you can also set it to snooze, so you can prevent yourself from accidentally falling asleep twice.

The "Sleep Column" supervised by Dr. Shuichiro Shirakawa of the Sleep Evaluation Research Institute is updated and distributed every month. For example, there is a lot of information about sleep that you didn't know before, such as "Sleep and temperature environment (summer)", "Sleep and turning over", "Sleep and beauty"! The body movement detection function of "Oyasumi Navi" detects whether you are having trouble sleeping and automatically controls the temperature of the air conditioner* in your room accordingly.

Can be linked with Panasonic's "LINK STYLE LED" compatible LED ceiling light*. By turning on the "wake-up light" that gradually brightens 30 or 15 minutes before the alarm time you set when you wake up, you can create a comfortable wake-up environment.
