◆About photo book delivery

・Mail delivery (Yu-mail)

Post-mailing: Delivered within 4 to 8 days from the shipping date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and there is no tracking service.

*If the delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, delivery will begin on the next weekday.

(There is no delivery from the post office on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.)

*We ship photo books 365 days a year.

Direct delivery: Delivery within 2 days from shipping date, tracking service available

*The delivery date is only a guideline and does not guarantee the delivery date of the photo book. In particular, there may be a delay of 1 to 2 days during times when there is a lot of logistics such as the year-end gift season.

■A4 size 2,716×3,543px

Images with longer sides of 6,750 pixels or more cannot be uploaded.

Images with a resolution of "less than 800 x 600 pixels" in vertical and horizontal pixels cannot be used.

If you import an image that is "less than 1024 x 768 pixels", the finished quality may deteriorate.

・We recommend using Wi-Fi for uploading.

・Communication costs will be borne by the customer.
