In this application, the electronic certificate stored in the IC chip of the user's My Number card (electronic certificate for signature and electronic certificate for user proof), personal information (4 information of the basic resident register), etc. By acquiring and registering on the My Number Card authentication platform operated by TOPIC, it will be possible to perform electronic identity verification.

By using this application, you will be able to use your My Number Card to register and use various online services that are linked to the My Number Card authentication platform operated by this organization.

You can register personal information in the app in the following two ways.

・Register with your My Number card and a long PIN (password for signature).

・Register with your My Number card and a short PIN (password for user authentication).

(When registering with a short PIN, you will need to enter your date of birth, expiration date (year), and security code displayed on the face of your My Number Card.)

・Keep holding the My Number Card until the reading is completed.

・If the reaction is bad, remove the cover or case and try again.

・If the holding position is not appropriate, it cannot be read.

・If you register from a linked application, please download this application once, start the linked application again, and transition from the linked application to this application.

・The long PIN (password for signature) is 6 to 16 alphanumeric characters.

・The short PIN (password for user authentication) consists of 4 numbers.

・If you enter a long PIN five times in a row and a short PIN three times in a row, you will be locked out.

・For unlocking method, please contact your local municipal office.

・If you have not issued an electronic certificate by checking the "No electronic certificate for signature" or "No electronic certificate for user verification" fields when applying for My Number Card, please use it until the electronic certificate is issued. I can't take it.

・Electronic certificates that have expired or become invalid due to moving, etc. cannot be used until they are renewed.

・For information on how to renew and issue an electronic certificate, please contact your local municipal office.
