By combining the questionnaire items created independently, you can create your own questionnaire according to the clinical department and patient.

In addition, you can create a file from the input interview data and assist in electronic medical record input.

The interview data file can be exported in [TEXT] or [XML] format to a shared folder on a personal computer or NAS in the same network.

Since it is now possible to export to the folder in the terminal, it is possible to manually exchange with a USB connection.

Demo data is registered in the app from the beginning.

You can check all the questionnaire item screens by selecting "For test" in the inquiry set selection at the start of entering the questionnaire.

Please change / delete the demo data as needed.

For users who are considering using a wired connection, you can use a USB cable to connect your terminal to your computer via USB.

Although it depends on the model, it is also possible to exchange data by connecting to the network using a wired LAN adapter.

This app uses the SMB 1.0 protocol to connect to shared folders. A vulnerability has been found in SMB 1.0, which cannot be used by default on Windows 10, and it is necessary to enable the SMB 1.0 function in order to use this application.
