Parents often put their needy children first and ignore their own. While cultivating children, please don't forget to care about yourself, because parents who are physically and mentally healthy can accompany their children to go further on this journey.

"You" symbolizes traveling.

The anxiety about the unknown and the challenges encountered along the way make people always set the goal at the end and forget to appreciate the little things on the way of growth. Parents and children are cordially invited to embark on a journey that is both adventurous and healing.

"Yu" symbolizes ease and contentment.

On the long road of life, there are no signposts and no guidance, sometimes people feel like falling into smoke. Regardless of the storm, we will accompany you, so that parents and children can be at ease and discover the mystery of growth with a normal heart.

"Ziyouyou" is a six-week course on learning mindfulness and getting along with children with autism spectrum disorder. By learning the skills of getting along with children and understanding emotions, accompany parents and children to grow up healthily together.

We hope that parents can also leisurely develop this trip with us.
