In such an era, Liberl, a small country that maintains its proud independence between the great powers.

With that release as the stage, the human drama between the main character Estelle and the various people surrounding her unfolds, and Estelle grows greatly as a bracer and as a human being.

Estelle, a girl who lives near the city of Rolent in the Kingdom of Liberl and whose father is a bracer, is also one of those who aspired to become a bracer.

Together with Joshua, who had grown up like her brother and sister, she devoted herself to training to become a bracer.

One day, a letter arrives at Esther's father, Cassius.

After reading the letter, Cassius says that he has an urgent business and leaves Esther and Joshua behind.

The two, who had become quasi-bracers (apprentices), were to take on the work as bracers that Cassius was supposed to take on instead.
