Zuoying Old City

Zuoying Old City, also known as Fengshan County Old City, is located in Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. Zuoying Old City is the earliest (1825) and the most preserved ancient city in the whole city. After continuous sun exposure and rain erosion, the surface of the fragile and impervious mudstone becomes loose, and gradually forms a bad land with bare vegetation and exposed ridges and gullies.
