Experience the specialized services of Daegu City’s major libraries in the Metaverse space.

'Daegu Integrated Library Metaverse' is a space where you can use an avatar that represents you to check major library specialized services, communicate with other avatars, and experience new book services.

[Library main services]

1. Daegu Integrated Library Member ID Link

- If you are a member of the Daegu Unified Library website, you can use the service with your existing account without having to separately sign up for the Daegu Unified Library Metaverse.

2. Integrated Library Promotion Center

- Introductory materials about Daegu Integrated Library can be found at the Promotion Center.

3. Smart recommended book service

- If you select a keyword of interest, we will recommend books that match the keyword. You can also check whether the book can be borrowed from a library in Daegu city.

4. The study of a famous person

- Introducing the book selected as Book of the Year.

5. Integrated book search

- Use the integrated book search service to search for books in virtual space and check whether you can borrow books.

[Main libraries]

1. National Debt Redemption Movement Memorial Library

- In August 2023, you can use an avatar to tour the interior space of the newly opened National Debt Compensation Movement Memorial Library and check location information for each space.

2. Gususan Library, Buk-gu

- You can check out the Media Creation Room at Gususan Library in Buk-gu and experience how to use the Media Creation Room equipment in a virtual space.

3. Suseong-gu Yonghak Library

- The poetry collection, collection, and biography of the late poet Moon In-soo, a representative writer of the Daegu region, are on display at Yonghak Library's Poetry Lachivium.

4. Dalseong County Library

- Dalseong County Library has a special tea library and Dalseong Old Data Room. You can enjoy a tea ceremony and chat with other avatars at the Suryuhwagae Tea Library, and in the old data room, old materials from Dalseong-gun are collected and displayed, and you can read detailed information about old materials that cannot be viewed directly in the actual space.

5. Suseong-gu Beomeo Library

- You can check the recommended books provided every month by the Beomeo Library International Reference Room and check information on cultural events held in the International Reference Room. Through the book shelf location search service, you can directly check the location of books stored in the International Reference Room in virtual space.

6. Dong-gu Ansim Library

- The children's resource room on the first floor of Ansim Library has been configured as a specialized space to provide services to provide information on recommended books and information on cultural events.
