Korea public transportation expenses support project

Start a frugal public transportation life and stop worrying about transportation costs with K-Pass!

■ K-Pass card issuance and membership registration are required!

- Both K-Pass card and economical transportation card can be used

- After issuing the card, you can sign up for membership on the K-Pass website or app.

- If you are using the economical transportation card account as is, please apply for membership conversion at alcard.kr by June 30, 2024!

■ K-Pass, which can be used anywhere in the country, is a public transportation refund project jointly run by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and 189 cities, counties and districts in 17 cities and provinces!

- Entire Incheon Metropolitan City

- Entire Sejong Special Self-Governing City

- All over Daejeon Metropolitan City

※K-Pass is operated with national and local funds. Residents of local governments participating in the project can sign up through address verification.

■ 20~53% refund of public transportation costs!

- If you use it 15 times a month, you will be refunded up to 60 times in order of highest accumulated amount.

- In the first month of subscription, points will be paid even if used less than 15 times, but points will be forfeited if used less than 15 times from the month following subscription.

- The basic savings is 20%, 30% for young people between 19 and 34 years old, and 53% for low-income people.

■ The final amount is delivered to the card company on the 5th business day of the month following the accumulation month!

- The final refunded amount will be delivered to the card company you are using according to the payment policy.

- Be sure to check the actual payment date and method according to the credit, check, and mobile payment policies of each card company.

- If you change your card company during use, the entire amount will be transferred to the card company you are using at the time of final payment.
