Changdeok ARirang is a 5G-based augmented reality (AR) guide app that unfolds in the background of Changdeokgung, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. SK Telecom produces and provides free of charge with the Cultural Heritage Administration of Korea and Google. You can choose between Korean and English modes.

*It is implemented based on the user's location and can only be experienced at the Changdeokgung Palace site. If you want to enjoy App. in a place other than Changdeokgung Palace, please download the'at Home' version.

*This is a 5G-only service that requires downloading large amounts of AR data of 5GB or more. Those who do not use the Unlimited Plan may incur additional charges for amounts that exceed the basic data capacity provided by the plan.

Haechi, the guardian deity who has protected the palace since ancient times, becomes an AR guide and guides you through every corner of Changdeokgung Palace. Meet the king and queen with Haechi, and give advice to the king who is struggling with Narat work, and meet the history of Joseon vividly.

The inside of Heejeongdang, which is not open to general visitors, and the entire area of ​​the sponsored Buyong-ji, which can only be accessed by reservation, have been implemented as an AR portal.

Through App., we provide wheelchair routes for the disabled and the elderly with limited mobility. In wheelchair mode, the hatch guides you to the ramp without stairs or jaws, so you can enjoy the Changdeokgung Palace more comfortably.
