About 1日3回記録ができる体重ダイアリー

For those who are not satisfied with the record once a day! With 3 records, you can manage your weight finely. You can list your weight and body fat by your favorite cut, such as average / minimum / maximum of the day, morning / day / night.

★Can be recorded 3 times a day★

You can record your weight and body fat percentage up to 3 times a day!

★There is a tare function★

You can subtract and record the tare (weight of clothes).

If you register the weight of your clothes in the morning, you can even weigh yourself with your clothes on during the day and at night!

★You can manage your records with tags★

The three records will be managed with tags.

The default tags are "Morning, Noon, Night", but you can freely edit them to include "After waking up, After exercising, Before going to bed."

★You can also record notes★

★Stamps can also be recorded★

You can enjoy recording with meal stamps, exercise stamps, and health stamps.

You can easily record your overeating, exercise, medication, physical condition, menstrual dates, etc.

★You can see one month's worth of records on the calendar★

You can see your weight, body fat percentage, and stamps on the calendar.

Weight and body fat percentage can be displayed in 1 to 3 levels.

The display can be freely selected from minimum/maximum/average and tags (e.g. morning/noon/night), so

1st row: Minimum value of body weight 2nd row: Minimum value of body fat

1st row: Morning weight 2nd row: Night weight 3rd row: Average weight for the day

You can display it as you like.

Stamps can also be displayed on the calendar.

★You can see the changes in your weight and body fat percentage on the graph★

*Graphs for 7 days, 31 days, and 90 days can be displayed.

*You can also look back.

*You can switch between "minimum value, maximum value, average, tag".

For example, you can see a graph of your daily maximum weight and a graph of your weight measured before going to bed at night.

★Supports data migration★

It has a backup file creation function.

You can restore your data by importing a backup file.
