Gobind was born and spent his childhood and adolescence in Surabaya before moving to Jakarta and finally settling in a village in Bali called Ubud. He did not graduate from S1, but since childhood Gobind has had a great interest in informal learning, for him every person is a teacher, every place is a school and every hour is study time. He likes to call himself the nickname Heartworker, a worker of the heart.

Being a vegetarian for more than 20 years has not hindered his steps in taking part in the world he loves. Gobind continues to actively travel to places of conflict and disaster in Indonesia to carry out his social activities. He joined various organizations and social clubs to channel his love for every living creature. Gobind finds happiness in sharing and giving what he has to others. For him, life is not a race to collect as much as possible, but rather, what we can give to the world before we leave it.

In his seminars and training, Gobind always motivates other people to continue doing something to make this world a more beautiful place, think brighter, live simpler, eat healthily without hurting other living creatures and care for nature. He does not use soap, shampoo, toothpaste or ingredients that burden Nature. For him, Nature is a very good Teacher who we should respect and care for.

Apart from that, he also always reminds us that having the opportunity to live as a human is a priceless opportunity, it would be a shame if it had to be spoiled just for a moment's pleasure.

Performing magic is a hobby as well as a bridge that connects him with his love of playing with children. Apart from being a speaker on several radio stations in Jakarta, Surabaya and Bali, Gobind has released his first book which has become a bestseller, entitled Happiness Inside and a perpetual calendar called Awareness Insights.
